Dr. Krywko joined Dr. Dennis L. Kilpatrick, MD of Scottsdale Eye Physicians & Surgeons in Scottsdale, AZ in February of 2015 after having worked alongside Scottsdale's Pearle Vision and Experts on Sight in Gilbert, AZ. Prior to moving to Scottsdale, Dr. Krywko practiced Optometry in New York City and Las Vegas. She completed her Doctorate of Optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry in 2010 following completion of a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at LaSierra University in Riverside, CA in 2006.
Dr. Krywko stays active within the community by volunteering with local youth programs and was awarded VIP Woman of the Year with the National Association of Professional Women for the year of 2013-2014. She was also been recognized by Leaders in Healthcare and Continental Who's Who as an Honored Member of their organization.
As a born and raised Canuck from Calgary, AB Canada, Dr. Krywko now resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband Daryn and step-daughter Sloane. As a family, they enjoy camping, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, live theater, spoiling their Pugs, and cheering for the Arizona Cardinals (GO CARDS GO!).
Dr. Krywko is passionate about the profession of Optometry and is excited to provide Arizona with the means necessary to see the world more clearly with a personalized, professional eye care experience that will leave you seeing your best.
As a licensed optometrist, Dr. Krywko provides complete eye care services for the surrounding communities ages four and up. This includes but is not limited to eye exams, diagnoses, and treatments of diseases and disorders that affect the eye and/or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Krywko is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, Dr. Krywko is trained to recognize a range of health issues; such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and hypertension.
Dr. Krywko works hard to stay current on the latest advances in eye health and vision care and regularly attends continuing education seminars and advanced training courses. It is because of Dr. Krywko's dedication to continuing education that our Scottsdale patients receive the most modern and progressive vision care available.
